Agreement between the user and PodcastCleaners.com

PodcastCleaners.com is owned and operated by PodcastCleaners.com. The user agrees to the following terms and conditions and must use the site in accordance with these terms and conditions.

PodcastCleaners.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or to impose new conditions on use of the site, in which case PodcastCleaners.com will post the revised terms of service on PodcastCleaners.com. And by posting content or sending content via email to the website or website’s administrators, the user warrants that the rights to the content or authorized to post, display, transmit the content. The user agrees not to post, display, perform, transmit any content that are libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening; advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, or national law or regulation; advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. PodcastCleaners.com makes no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of the information provided by such sites, and PodcastCleaners.com assumes no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content that may reside on third-party sites. User acknowledges and agrees that Podcastcleaners.com makes no guarantees about, and assumes no responsibility for, the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of this third-party content, and that, unless expressly provided otherwise, these terms and conditions shall govern the user’s use of any and all third-party content.

BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO THE USER. IF USER IS DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THE USERS’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

J. INDEMNIFICATION. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PodcastCleaners.com , its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from the user’s access to or use of the site, violation of these terms of use, or the user’s infringement, or infringement by any other user of the user’s account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. PodcastCleaners.com will notify the user promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and will provide reasonable assistance, at the user’s expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.
